Shipping Information

I am located in The Netherlands and ship national & international using PostNL.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

If you live in The Netherlands, the shipping will be free from € 75.

Important note: Please check your address twice before ordering.

I try to process and ship your order within 5-7 days.

Please bare in mind that I have a full-time job.

If you need something urgently, please contact me and we can try to work something out.

Packaging

At the checkout you will have different shipping options to choose from, depending on your location:

Letter Post: Envelope (cheaper to send, but more fragile. Suitable for stickers.).

Mailbox Package: Mailbox package which automatically comes with track&trace information (within The Netherlands, (non-)EU is without T&T).

Track & Trace: Package with track&trace information.

Delivery time

Due to weather and other delays, times may not be accurate.

The Netherlands – 1 to 4 business days
Europe – 3 to 15 business days

Customs, Taxes and Duties

Ambereth Designs is not responsible for any customs, taxes and duties applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost

Ambereth Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

But still, if you have not received your order after 30 days (national) or 50 days (international), please contact me at hello@amberethdesigns.com.
